CIFIAL LOCK WITH WIFI CODE

This is an innovative and secure solution for access control at a distance that has been gaining ground, especially in the hotel segment and similar services, allowing the modification of the code online.

CIFIAL Connect Wireless Pin Code is an access control system of a wall-mounted keyboard, powered by 5 AA batteries 1.5 V (V 7.5), oriented towards the hotel segment.

The system operates in online regime by zigbee wireless network, allowing you to remotely operate the door if necessary.

Two-way communication system is supported by zigbee gateway network interconnected by UTP cat. 6.
The system administrator manages reservations and sends the information to the client with support of “Connect”, indicating the room/suite assigned access code and check-in and check out validated dates.

Through the access code, the client can access the facilities getting the record of all transactions in real time.

The “Connect” sends the information formatted with the access code, paragraph suite/room and booking dates as soon as confirmation conditions between the client and the hotel.


The avantages of this wireless access are the following:
• The access code for door lock release is sent automatically to the phone by e-mail or sms (gateway required);
• No need to deliver or return cards;
• All management is performed at a distance, including check-in/check-out;
• Automatic cancellation of guest code when a new check-in;
• Possibility of opening of door remotely;
• The PIN code can have a variable length, between 4 to 12 digits;
• Possibility to choose manual PIN code by the user of the system;
• PIN codes generated with permission to open one or several doors, limited time (minute);
• Possibility of restrict PIN codes to certain periods of time (hours of service providers);
• Possibility to change permissions (access ports, dates of validity) of a given user/PIN code, in real time, including your temporary or permanent cancellation;
• Real-time Validation (online) of the PIN codes, on the occasion of their use;
• Real-time events log (online), with information like “what, who and when”;
• Battery State Information with alerts to the administrator;
• Number of infinite event log;
• Possibility to assign code valid for access to various ports;
• Possibility of housing by sharing several guests;
• Guest access permission to common areas (parking, swimming pool, etc);
